Refunds

All Mira purchases are made through the Apple App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.

How to request a refund

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the Mira purchase and choose "Request a refund". Apple reviews and decides each request.

Cancelling a subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Mira. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
